Application Requirements:

Each applicant must submit the following:
• Full name and contact information (phone number and email).
• A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• An official letter of acceptance to a 2-year or 4-year college.
• A letter of recommendation.
• A 250-word essay on “Why Should I Be Chosen for This Scholarship?”
• Proof of at least 8 hours of community service.

Award Disbursement:
• The recipient will be selected by the Reach2Teach Trustee Board.
• The scholarship will be awarded after the recipient completes one full year of college.
• A check will be mailed directly to the recipient’s college once Reach2Teach receives confirmation of enrollment in the following academic year.

Application Deadline:
All completed applications must be submitted by May 31, 2025
